| Exit at Junction 15 of the A74 (M), follow signs for Moffat A701. Continue for 1.5 miles. In Moffat continue straight, passing the petrol station, CO-OP and Moffat Woollen Mill entrances on your right. At the next junction (Moffat High Street) turn right signposted A708 Selkirk. Continue on this road for approx. 1 mile. Hillend Cottage and Guest Suite are immediately after the Double Bend and Caution Concealed Entrance road sign.
